As a church, we embrace a plurality of elders to help oversee the different shepherding roles. An elder is to be a servant shepherd to God’s flock, while also humbly realizing he is a sheep as well to the Great Shepherd. As under shepherds, our elders are to watch, guard, heal, rescue, feed, and lovingly lead in alignment with the Word of God as empowered by the Spirit of God.
Gospel Grace also recognizes the need of other meaningful ministry roles to help ensure we do everything with excellence. We welcome servants to help maintain order, structure, safety, communications, and other weekly operations. Serving at Gospel Grace is designed to be a delight, and we count it a joy to have others serve Jesus in this way. We desire to grow and develop more leaders as the Lord leads.
